Thermal Circuit Breaker with Rotary Knob Actuator
Compact TA35 with new rotary knob in 1-, 2- and 3-pole versions

Schurter’s TA35 thermal circuit breaker series now offers a rotary style actuator. In addition to the classic rocker style, the grip and turn style knob is ideally suited for applications where a longer feedback is desired, such as those where gloves are used.
The new TA35 rotary switch offers IP 40 protection. The switch and thermal overload protection with positively trip-free release includes current ratings ranging from 0.05 A to 20 A for 1- and 2- pole types, and 0.05 A to 12 A for the 3-pole version. Admissible ambient temperature range is from -30° C to + 60° C.
The base unit fits panels ranging from 2 to 3 mm in thickness The bezel and knob snaps on to the front of the circuit breaker, after the base unit is mounted to the panel. Terminals are for 6.3x0.8mm connections. The standard color is black with other design options on request. Typical applications include power tools, wood and stone cutting equipment, high pressure washers, commercial kitchen appliances, power generators and compressors.

The CBE is approved according to IEC 60934, UL 1077, CSA C22.2 235 and GB 17701 and is RoHS compliant.
