| Spring, 2006 HIGH CURRENT RELAY SOLUTIONS The Kilovac EV200 series is designed to be the smallest, lightest, lowest cost contactor in the industry. This contactor carries a continuous current of 500 Amps and has a
2000 Amp interrupt rating. Hermetically sealed case allows operation in explosive/harsh environments with no oxidization or contamination of coils or contacts. To maximize effeciencies allowing cross application uses, the EV200 series has a built in coil economizer. This economizer allows a coil voltage range from 9-36 VDC with one part number! Additionally the economizer offeres a low hold current of 1.7W @ 12VDC and limits back EMF to zero. This also benefits those systems where battery longivity is critical. Applications vary from the industrial DC applications to vehicle requirements. The above features - applications up to 500Amps continous current, 9-36VDC coil range, and sealed case offer the ability to standardize around one relay, one part number. With all of these features and a low cost to match you cannot go wrong designing in this relay.

Kilovac offers a wide range of solutions with the Flatman III product. Available upto 200 Amps and 480 VAC (48VDC) the FM200 series is available in 1-, 2-, or 3-pole versions. Small, lightweight and cost effective this multipole configured relay allows the design team options from normally open, normally closed and mixed contact arrangements. Standard coils for the FM200 series are 12 VDC, 24VDC and 115VAC. All models are equipped with 1 form A (SPST-NO) auxilliary contacts and available optional quick connect tabs for sensing.
LEV200 SERIES - LOW COST CONTACTOR
Newly available form Kilovac is the LEV200 series. This series is designed to offer high volume applications a robust, sealed high current solution where old 'metal can' unsealed product exists. The LEV series removes the upscale options offered on the EV200 series but does retain the base current, inrush capabilities and sealing. This 500 Amp continous, 2000 Amp inrush contactor is available in bottom or side mopunt footprints and 12 or 24 VDC coils. Slightly larger and heavier than the EV200 series, the LEV200 offers a great option for those high volume applications.

Molex offers an IP67 series connector in the latest design for sealed transportation and marine markets. The MX150 improves the old designs offered by competitors with a truely one piece housing construction, improved sealing and mutliple selections. The MX150 connector system is available in 14-22 AWG wire sizes, from 2-16 circuits and PCB, Panel or wire to wire terminations. Molex recently added the 8, 10 and 12 AWG wire range in 2 and 4 circuits to round out the product series.
