Wes-Garde Hires Field Sales Engineer for  Electronic Systems

     My name is Brett Macdonald and I come to Wes-Garde from Carling Technologies and prior to that, Eaton Corporation.  I have over sixteen years of Engineering and Sales experience in the electrical and sensors arena, with a specialty and concentration in the marine and transportation markets.  Most recently, my focus has been in multiplexing and digital switching. 

     The marine and transportation markets are changing and evolving.  The transition      from electromechanical components to electronic systems is well under way.  My goal at       Wes-Garde is to ensure that we have the right products, resources, and training-to maintain and accelerate our position as the leading component AND systems supplier to the marine and transportation markets.

     My immediate focus in this exciting new position is to evaluate available systems on the market to select the right product for us to partner with and ensure we meet our customer’s, their products, and their market needs.

Over the next several months I hope to continue visiting our customers and our branches   to understand needs and requirements, enhance our existing relationships with an explanation of our products, the technology, and our level of support, and assist in the training of Wes-Garde inside and outside sales staff so we can help our customer’s in     the integration of this new technology.  I look forward to working with you as an extension    of our regional and national sales force.
